Teen Services

Teen Zone program is an Out of School, after-care program for teens 13-16 years old. Join us as teens will be having hands on experience in our cooking class program, college tours, college and career guidance, community services hours, opportunities to serve as a classroom helper, monthly incentives, and OOS/summer job opportunities. Philadelphia Futures
Philadelphia Futures has the intention of combining resources and assets in the pursuit of a common purpose – to provide low-income, first-generation-to-college students with the tools, resources, and opportunities necessary for admission to and success in college.

We know navigating education and training options after high school can be challenging. Staff at North Light work to assist our teens with their college applications, financial aid and scholarships opportunities. Check out our college scholarship listings!

Private Tutoring Available at North Light!

North Light is proud to work with Philly Tutors to provide subject specific tutoring to our teens. Tutors are available in a variety of subjects. In person sessions start at $65/hour, while virtual sessions begin at $60/hour. Please fill out the form below to find out more about tutoring options!
