Rent Our Space

North Light has a variety of rental opportunities available. Our spaces can accommodate everything from parties to sporting events to meeting spaces. Previous events include birthday parties, baby showers, board meetings, corporate meetings, community classes, church services, and more!

During COVID-19, some events and rentals may not be permissible. North Light is following the City of Philadelphia’s recommendations for indoor and outdoor events.

Gymnasium

The gymnasium includes five basketball nets as well as public restrooms. Use the space for sporting events, fitness instruction, or large-scale events.

Capacity: 347 people
Cost: $125 for the first hour; $100 for hours 2 to 4; $50 for every hour after that.

Community Room & Kitchen

The Community Room is the perfect venue for a birthday party, baby shower, group meetings, or luncheon. Rentals included access to tables and chairs. You can also add to your party package our IKEA designed kitchen or private use of our KaBOOM! playground.

Capacity: 112 people
Cost: $100 for the first hour; $80 for each additional hour

Our playground and outdoor space is great for exercise classes, parties for children and other outdoor activities.

Capacity: Varies
Cost: $50/hour or free with any indoor rental

Classrooms

We have multiple classrooms that can accommodate a variety of uses.
Cost: $65 for first hour; $50 for each additional hour

The Tots Room is perfect for children’s classes.
(Capacity: 20 kids)

The Assembly Room is technology ready and perfect for
meetings and seminars. (Capacity: 20 kids; 20 adults)

Arts & Crafts and Kiln room is perfect for the creative spirit.
(Capacity: 20 kids; 12 adults)

 

Our brand new computer lab has 24 computer work stations and two large scale monitors for projecting presentations for classroom instruction or training presentations.
