Today’s youth live in a world full of caped crusaders who make it their mission to create a better world for those around them. At North Light, we believe that our youth are capable of creating a better world for themselves and those around them using their superhuman abilities: teamwork, community outreach, talents, environmental awareness, knowledge, service, and health!

Over the course of eight weeks, summer camp attendees will learn to hone in on their abilities through the many enrichment activities that will be offered, including art, music, literacy, cooking, and fun physical activities to get the muscles moving!

We are served by community heroes every day and this summer, we want your child to know that being a superhero is not just a fantasy from movies or books. Along with learning more about their own super skills, community heroes will come to North Light and talk about how ordinary people become super every day.

Keystone-Stars_websiteWe have tons of fun activities this summer to get our heroes ready to help their communities. Campers will increase their skills of knowledge through interactive and engaging learning experiences at the Franklin Institute and the Schuylkill Center. They will build on their superhero strength through fun summer activities like swimming, sporting events, a trip to SkyZone and a Superhero Field Day! Most importantly, campers will learn the importance of giving back to their community through acts of service like gardening at a local park and working with organizations like Cradles to Crayons.
